Refund policy

www.ayatextiles.com does not offer a refund for any purchases except in the situation of a product defect. If any defect product is delivered, customers are requested to not tamper with the item and immediately inform us via a call or email found on our website.

In case of issuing a refund, the customer will receive store credit of the value of the defect item which they can redeem online or offline.

Defect products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
