Return & Exchange Policy:

We don’t offer a return policy for any items sold online or offline. However, we do offer a one time exchange option where customers can avail one free exchange in store or online, subject to the sold items being in their original condition. This is only for UAE customers.

Shipping in the UAE:

Purchases over 500 AED are eligible for free shipping. Items below 500 AED will be charged at checkout

Global Shipping & Taxes:

All purchases will be charged with shipping fees and any additional charges of the country (customs or taxes) will be borne by the customer.
